Here’s Craig Gordon, from the Utah Avalanche Center, (awarded for his choice of hair style and snowpack assesments), teaching a quick course on snow pack and layers. It had been a few years since I took a lesson like this, so went out for a refresher, I figured this is a great season to take the time to do just that.
